| The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but on the small side. Complementary breakfast was very disappointing however, overall a very nice stay.

| I have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time they have upgraded and even built on to the hotel. I was disappointed with the way to get to the rooms on the Top Floor which gave you the Harbor view. The first Floor would have been better for that. If you have any handicaps dont' get a second floor room. Ask for the first floor.

| The hotel is in a great location. It's a three minute walk to main street and a five minute walk to Veteran's Beach. Others like Craigsville beach are just a short 5-10 min. drive away. We stayed in the harbor view room but it's just a view of trees and the harbor ferries. Get a regular room and save your money. It's DEF not worth it and too pricy compared to other hotels right next door. They never came to clean our rooms. We had to call every day. The last straw was when the maid (who was running very late) dropped off clean towels while I was IN THE SHOWER!!! One of the joys of vacation is that someone ELSE cleans ur room for you. A tip for late sleepers. The ferry harbor is across the street and the loud ferry horn goes off every morning between 830-9 a.m.

| this hotel is in the perfect location when visiting Hyannis. Close to downtown, right across the street from HyLine ferry taking you to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard and close to many restaurants, including the Thirsty Tuna (i think), this is attached to the hotel~ good food! Rooms are nice- I would recommend the jacuzzi room (we stayed in standard room 1 night and jacuzzi room another). The standard room bathroom is a bit on the small side, but doable. didnt have 1 complaint about the jacuzzi room!

| We paid for a harbor view and that was a little disappointing for the price we paid. You could not see the harbor very well from where our room was located. Overall we were satisfied and would stay there again. This is an older hotel but a great location if you are taking the ferry over to Nantucket or Martha's Vinyard.
