| The Ramada Downtown Nashville is very conveniently located to downtown and to my son's neighborhood of east Nashville, so it's a big shame that it is so shabby. Granted, I was looking very a good rate as first priority and my expectations should have been lower. But when we entered the room, it smelled of urine and the dresser had the front of one of its drawers propped up on the lower drawer. The a.c. worked really well, which was great on the hottest week of the year. The bathroom was pretty clean and the sheets weren't horrible. The blankets were way too small for the beds and they were threadbare and unravelling. Every time we came in the room, a thick stench of urine and mildew would accost us.

| The best thing we found about the hotel was that it was very convenient to downtown nashville. there was parking in downtown very near hotel and you could walk from there to the ryman aud. and several other places. Plenty of places to eat very close also.

| I'm surprised this hotel has the Ramada name on it, it is in such disrepair. The smell alone would send most people packing somewhere else. It is a 1950's hotel that hasn't had much done to it since then. The only thing good about it is the location - real convienient to downtown. The price is the only other decent aspect of it since the hotel's downtown or near lower broadway are so expensive. The rooms smell moldy and the highway is very busy in the back. I wouldn't recommend it.

| The location of this hotel was great. We attended an event at a stadium that was right across the street. No driving or parking, just a short walk. Hotel lobby in good shape. The rooms were clean, but could use some updating. Hotel staff was very friendly and did everything that was asked of them in a punctual manner. It does sit near an interstate and yes you do hear traffic.

| It provided a great place to recooperate after my flight before a very busy few days. Exceedingly nice staff, clean place if a bit older, and the guitar shaped indoor pool was fun.

| Qverall was good but I had two issues. 1) I think a venilation system of a bath room didn't work, so it smelled for a long time after using toilet. 2) Air conditioner was noisy.
