The 15-story Westin Indianapolis is a convention- and business-oriented hotel connected via skybridge to the Indiana Convention Center, RCA Dome, and Circle Centre Mall. The hotel features an indoor pool and spa tub and a 24-hour fitness facility. The top-ranked Shula’s Steakhouse is also on site. Children can call a special phone number in the hotel to hear a story at any time of the day. They also receive a coloring book, crayons, and a night light at check-in. The hotel offers a business center, high-speed Internet access in all meeting rooms, and wireless Internet access in the lobby (fee).

| I have stayed here before and in general, it is a nice hotel. Good food at the restaurant. Polite staff. Nice fitness room and pool. Love the indoor walkways to the mall. But my wake-up call was late (15 mins), the business center was not working properly and after three requests for help and 30 mins waiting no one came, and a message left for me never made it to my room. Those things were big disappointments for a hotel that I usually like.
