| We were very satisfied with this hotel. It's not a 4-star, but neither were the prices. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, etc.

| Unfortunately, what I learned is requesting a non-smoking room is not the same as receiving one. Even on my confirmation it said we will forward your request to building management. Apparently, there is a block of rooms for expedia. So despite making reservation and paying for room a good two-three weeks prior to travel we still ended up with smoking room. If confirmation page gave me a heads up to this situation I doubt it was a very good one, but I doubt there was one at all. Right after that Marriot decided to make entire chain non-smoking at some point in future.

| This hotel was very clean and up to date. The pool area was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Nice quiet hotel.

| The hotel was excellent in its facilities - pool with jacuzzi, exercise room, internet access, rooms, layout, etc. However, it is a bit difficult to locate, especially at night. We missed the cutoff and ended up trying to turn around in a field. Others in the conference I attended mentioned their difficulty, too. Also, there is no on-site restaurant or places to eat that are within safe walking distance at night. They only serve breakfast. In order to go for a one-hour lunch break, it is really only reasonable if one has a car at one's disposal. Distance from the airport could also be an issue for an early morning flight.

| What a pleasant stay! The staff was wonderful and the amenities were as promised. I will definatley stay in this Courtyard when I return to Denver!
