| I've stayed in many of the Bay area hotels and found this one to be clean, quiet and a good value for the price. Workout room was lacking, however the hotel is in close to some good resturants, shopping, Starbucks, etc. Would return there.

| The hotel's pool was terrific--sheltered from the wind and beautifully kept. Not so the spa, which was a bit murky. Accommodations were good after we upgraded for an extra $10 so that we could see the beautiful gardens and fountain in the interior. The restaurant food was great, the service abominably slow. You could die of thirst before getting a drink--even though we had a late lunch and there were only 2-3 other tables in the dining room. Dinner was also excellent food, but terrible service. Had an incident of someone crashing into our room at about 10:00 pm--could have been undercover police, as he wasn't interested in our room or the contents, but it was rather alarming to have someone barging in. Hotel secuirty never came by to check afterwards. --Elizabeth T., Sacramento

| It's absolutely incredible that the Hotel does not provide a businness channel such as CNBC or MSNBC. But thet do have (and this is really stupid) 3 hispanic cannels, an Italian channel, numerous home shopping channels and CSPAN....Guess they run an auction for presence on TV. Let's just say this is idiotic. I have to stay here because of an upcoming social event but would never stay there again because of this. By the way, the you can't get a simple breakfast at the Restaurant or buy a NY TImes

| This hotel had the best staff. Very friendly and knowledgable. Clean rooms and the big bonus was a 1 pm checkout time. I would stay here for any trips to that area.

| This place certainly was a 3 star hotel. The person at the desk was very friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I was impressed with the plushiness of the beds! The rooms were also a nice size. I would stay here again.
