| I got a great deal on this hotel, so I would say it's better than most in the very low price range. It was pretty no-frills, although every room gets a copy of the Denver Post each morning, but the room got good marks in my book for cleanliness. Also, the staff was great. Very attentive and professional. I gave this hotel a "2" for condition/maintenance of the hotel because the air conditioner in my room keep making a loud noise every time it kicked off. Upon telling the staff about the problem the next morning, however, they dutifully wrote it down on what I assume was a running list for the maintenance crew. Also, the hotel is very close to a hospital. I arrived around midnight and heard an ambulance as I was settling in. That was the only one I heard, though.

| I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen, a spacious closet, and great amenities. I had no problems gaining use of the FREE internet access or the workout room equiptment. Easy access to Colfax (which is a main street with everything you can think of). Several restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

| Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, only problem is its hard for a person, not staying at the hotel but visiting someone that is to get into the hotel and to the room.

| The hotels managed by Marriott are real good. They have kitchen options which many other dont provide. I have been staying in Marriott in my business and personal trips. My family also likes to stay in Marriott.

| friendly, helpful staff stored our bikes and retrieved them with a smile. /rooms are very user friendly, especially with the handy kitchenettes( although the blankets were alittle worn.) Location is super convient and parking plentiful. all this contributes to a stressless, fun weekend.(I have stayed here for business too and all this applies-they even had a going away party for a staff member and all the guests joined in!) Price is right!
