| Anything we asked for, the help at the front desk was more than accomodating. Direction print-outs for anything and everything we wanted to do.

| we checked in to our room; the ice bucket had a plastic liner that was half full of water--it had obviously not been cleaned from the last guest. the tv remote was missing; the clerk at the desk seemed distracted and trying to do too many things at the same time, so we had to repeat several times that the remote wasn't in the room. the water was so hot in the shower that i was concerned about getting burned--it was extremely hard to get it to a comfortable temperature.
