| Stayed only for one night on a lay-over to Malaysia. Used club level and weas very satisfied with the club room. Hotel is modern style with ample workspace and nice bathroom etc. Only minor issue is that the TV can not be viewed from the bed since it can not be turned or moved.

| I had previously stayed at the hotel on business trips due to its proximity to my meeting place in Singapore. But, it also works fine for a leisure stay because its location is quiet on week-ends and the pool and gym are excellent. Taxis are so cheap and fast that its distance from Orchard road is not a problem and the MRT is close by anyway. I liked the minimalist room decor and the internet connection. The service was fine. Someone rang me to clarify my breakfast menu selection and the food and service show they are trying and generally doing ok. No complaints and a few compliments. And the rate was really good. Its not superb like the Marriotts and Conrads etc but its not such a big step down to a solid, affordable alternative. I'll go again.

| The hotel was booked with a lot of groups and the services offered were minimal. I checked before their normal 2pm check-in time, so they ended up charging me an extra day! Rude at the reception desk which is very unusual for Singapore Hotels.

| Very good service for the money I paid. Room was clean and neat, well designed for business travellers. Bed was good, but could use a better matrice. Broadband was very expensive (US$22 a day). The hotel was 5 minute walk to subway station and 15 minutes walk to the center of Chinatown.
