| We stayed at this site for four nights. We had a pool view on the 2cnd floor. The room was in fair shape but we were missing an alarm clock and there was a pile of rusty debris under the a/c unit. The next morning I notified the front desk of the alarm clock and the a/c. One of the elevators was not working. We used the stairs the rest of the trip without problems until we checked out. The elevator repairmen were present a day later and knocked out the power to the hotel for a minute or two. The a/c unit did not cool the room down sufficiently. It felt more like a fan blowing. It was only tolerable because we were not in the room often and the fan was blowing close to the bed. I reported the situation for a second time to the front desk but did not receive any satisfaction or notification of attempts to remedy. Breakfast was adequate. It included 3 types of juice, coffee, & a choice of milks. An assortment of hot & cold cereals, french toast, bagels & danish were offered. It was convenient to grab a piece of fruit before heading out to the theme parks. The staff at the breakfast buffet were the most friendly folks we encountered. The rest of the staff were somewhat friendly. The location of the hotel is great and my daughter enjoyed the pool. Wireless access is located near the pool bar but sun + laptop do not make for decent visibility. I would definitely consider staying here if the a/c situation could be resolved and I didn't mind using the stairs.

| We had high hopes for AmeriSuites after staying at ones in other locations, but this one did not deliver. The 3 pools were very small & overall the hotel just wasn't in great condition. Some front desk staff were very attentive but one acted as if we were bothering her by asking questions. The breakfast was decent, but there are too many other hotels to choose from in Orlando--we wouldn't return.

| I was initially concerned about my decision to stay here after reading other negative reviews. The hotel was fine, the room nice & comfortable, breakfast was sufficient and the staff were fine (not exceptional, but not bad either). It is also very close to Disney etc etc. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget - you aren't paying top price so don't expect top quality and service then you won't be disappointed.

| We stayed at this hotel in 2002 and 2006. Good value, great location convenient to theme parks, nice property with 3 pools and miniature golf. No restaurant, but it is a 2 minute drive from US 192, which has every conceivable type of restaurant.

| We stayed at this hotel in August 2006 The hotel was well located and was close to all of the attractions. he staff was friendly and they tried to be helpful. It was obvious that English was not the native language of the person who was tring to give us directions. The hotel had three noce pools and a miniture golf course. We were satisfied with the hotel and would return.

| The facilities are excellent. Pools and mini golf are great. Good breakfast! Building shows some wear and tear but nothing that impedes the enjoyment of the facilities. Excellent value for the price.

| We are a family of 5 and really need to stay in Suite type hotels. This one was reasonably priced and was close to Disney.Unfortunatly the pool for the hotel was filled with leaves and debris and the lounge chairs were dirty and no towels were available.Thank goodness it shares 2 other pools with the adjoining hotels and they were much nicer. The Continental breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from. That saved us a lot of money not having to buy breakfast everyday. The refrigerator in the room was very convienent to keep the water bottles for Disney cold, we didn't use the microwave but it was available. The tub faucet dripped and the tub was slow to drain. Overall it was just OK but I wouldn't go back there when there are sooo many hotels to choose from in that area. Happy travels!!
