| The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff as a whole were nice, but they did not seem to understand our what we needed; example, we were in the process of changing and needed towels. Rather than just giving me a couple, the individual came into the room. One other time we needed face towels, but we were only given bath and hand towels. We could also have used toiletries in the bathroom; instead we brought some for our needs. The configuration of the suite was not conducive to privacy. I would have preferred that the vanity and face bowel be separate from the living area.

| The hotel was not in the best condition, there was wallpaper peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the carpet was in need of replacing, etc. The beds were not very comfortable (not many hotel beds are). The elevator reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a faint odor of smoke in our rooms even though they were non-smoking rooms. Overall, if you need a rather inexpensive place to crash ($75) for one night, this would do. If you are staying more than one night, this probably isn't the place.

| We arrived late in the evening and were given a room with a broken air conditioner--in Atlanta in the summer!!!. We were given another room--but it was an annecessary complication to a long day. Furniture is getting shabby and worn. Service was okay--and breakfast was okay as well.

| Room was really nice and clean however when you got of the elevator the hallways had a strange unpleasant smell. Breakfasts were nice, I did ask for some different banana's, same ones were in the basket the whole five days we spend in Atlanta.

| Other that being a little hard to find, I have no complaints with this facility. My four night stay was pleasant, the breakfast variety was appreciated, and the staff was friendly.

| I enjoy staying at the Amerisuites chain. The rooms are well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and staff is helpful. This location meets my high expectation of this chain. I enjoyed my stay as I always do at Amerisuites.

| Great hotel, friendly staff, good service. Room was clean, spacious, and had microwave and fridge. Free breakfast buffet was great with many choices of hot and cold items. Location is great with easy access to shopping, dining, and I-75 so close that Atlanta is only 15 minutes away!

| My stay at Amerisuites was great. There was a complementary Breakfast, and I enjoied it. The only bad experience was the drycleaning services I used at the hotel. They use a third party contractor to do the drycleaning, and the inside of my jacket lining was ripped, and the drycleaners did not fix it, so I had to pay for that in addition to the drycleaning fee. That wasn't the hotels fault though.
