| If I was to write all what I wantedI'd be writing for to long. But to relax your mind. You get more then what you pay for. I've been in 5 star hotels in the states that can't match up. If there was a place like a home away from home. This is it. You will be in no way disappointed. Well until your trip is over and you have to leave.

| As a business traveler who usually stays in higher caliber hotels, I found this hotel to be comfortable and nicely designed. The breakfast buffet was huge with an international display of foods and the staff was lighthearted and pleasant. One of the best parts about this hotel is the location. It is tucked back on a nice sidestreet but is still only 3 blocks away from the ocean pier boulevard. Also, it is right in the middle of so many coffee shops, small little day spas and an international palette of nice restaurants that are open 24 hours. It was nice to catch a glimpse of the local life. You can catch a taxi very easily and there are two ATM machines right next to the hotel. In addition, inside the hotel there are at least 5 different options for places to eat. Last but not least, the pool/patio gets sun most of the day. It is a large, clean and nicely designed patio area if you want to just relax all day.

| I have stayed in a few different hotels while in Manila and I must say I was the most satisfied with the Pan Pacific. It is a beautiful hotel, very clean, great service and great security to make your stay a safe one. I feel it is a good value and will stay there on my next visit.

| Great experience. Only one small problem....The butlers must not have been coffee drinkers, because each day I had to request more be brought to the room for the next morning.

| This hotel puts any hotel Ive ever stayed at to shame. The service was extraordinary. The workers couldnt do enough for us. Here is the key difference; in the USA, when you ask someone to help you, if it isnt their job or field that is what they say, like: "sorry, but I dont handle that". At the Pan Pacific, if you ask someone something and it isnt their job, they make sure they connect you with the correct personnel or find out how to take care of it themselves. As I already said, "EXTRAORDINARY".
