| The hotel is nice and the service was great. The dark red lights in the elevator are a little tacky. However, the mattress was thin, hard, uncomfortable, etc. The worst bed I have ever slept on in my life!!!! It ruined what otherwise would have been a great stay.

| Close to Grand Central Station and across the street from Bryant Park, this is a great location for an overnight get away in NYC. The staff was very nice and recommended some great places to eat and things to do. The bed was a bit hard, and the air conditioning was not very powerful (would not have wanted to be there during the heat wave!) but the towels were very luxurious so that made up for everything!

| Located in a great area in NYC, close to everything in midtown! Very trendy hotel and the best sushi restaurant not to mention a great bar. Rooms are ultra modern, comfy beds, flat screen TV and beautiful bathroom. Hotel staff very accomodating, would go back in a second.

| On the day of our check out we still wanted to go sight seeing, so the Hotel told us that they offered a complimentery service that would hold our luggage until the end of the day. We had 4 bags total for them to hold. When we returned later that day to claim our luggage and pick up the car, we gave the hotel our luggage claim ticket and they loaded our vehicle with our luggage. When we returned home and unpacked our luggage from the truck we were missing one of our bags. We called the hotel and they were not helpful and said they did not have our bag. We called back once more and they finally admitted to having our bag. When you stay at a 4 star hotel and spend good money to do so, it should be expected to be receiving the best service and this should not happen. The hotel claimed they are sending us our luggage, but it has been two days and we have not received it yet.

| My wife and I stayed here for two nights. It was a good hotel with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat, but very sparsely furnished (that's the style, but it was TOO sparse). Bathroom and shower were beautiful, but bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Did not get a good night's sleep, which made it harder to enjoy the city. Overall it was pretty nice, but I don't think I'd stay there again. It's not worth the money.

| The Jr. Suite was great (oversized) as was the bathroom. Lovely white linens, heavy down feather pillows and white walls that were soothing. The hallways were dark and the carpet in the hall needs to be replaced (or cleaned) but that's not reason enough to book elsewhere. Really well located and the park across the street was a nice plus.
