| Hotel itself is nice, and the staff was most courteous and helpful. The only problems were that there is no elevator (we had to lug all our baggage up to the fourth floor), and there is no air conditionaing other than in the lobby which, in Aix and in the summer, means that you boil in your room. Also, it's not close to the center of town, and bus service is not good on Sundays.

| The hotel is surprisedly comfortable, clean and with friendly french staff. WiFi Internet is free, but only at the lobby... Not far from city center, 30 minutes by walking or 5 minutes by car. I really enjoyed.

| It was our first time trying condo-hotels and we liked it. The room was large enough, although we would have preferred one larger bed (instead of two pull-out twin beds). The kitchen area was also very convenient for meals. There are only two things that we would like to see improved. The first is the fact that our building had no lift/elevator. This means that we had to trudge up three flights of stairs to get to our room. That's ok if you're fit, but difficult with luggage. The other thing is that the pool was not maintained. If the place advertises a pool, they should at least have it usable. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay. The staff was excellent and it was also very convenient for us to have laundry facilities on-site. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for longer stays.
