| The hotel is a good basic reasonably priced hotel. I picked it because it was the closest I could get to Lake Forest at a decent price. Only problem was my air conditioner leaked and soaked the carpet. It was fixed promptly and I was never without air conditioning.

| Hotel was too far from Chicago. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was not adequate. Half of the time, it was not available. We had to use the train to get into Chicago which was actually not that bad. We spent very little time in our rooms. Taxi service to the hotel was terrible. No one knew how to get to this hotel. We had two very bad taxi experiences as the result. The hotel is nowhere close to Wrigley Field as I was led to believe. Getting to Wrigley Field from this hotel is a very long and frustrating and expensive endeavor. All in all I would not stay here again. It did not serve well the purpose for which I had intended.

| Rooms very comfortable. Service was top notch. Would definitely go back if returning to the area. Had to drive a little to get to dining, but not bad. Shopping is good.

| We were disappointed because we did not receive the room that we reserved. The manager did give us free breakfast for both days as a concession, though. The beds are very comfortable.

| I'm hard to please when it comes to quality of hotel beds. This sucks, because I often don't sleep well when I travel. However, the bed I slept in was very comfortable. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a very good pick.

| We where tired when we got to the hotel, but where greeted in a very friendly manner by the staff and taken to our room. The next morning I exercised in the facility and then took a swim. My wife and I then had the buffett breakfast. Delicious. The price was right and we enjoyed ourselves!!

| Hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff is great. The complimentary shoe shine is great. The rooms are clean & comfortable, but the bathrooms could use upgrading. They were ok but nothing great. Also our room had a lot of traffic noise. I would stay again but would rate it 3 stars. The restaurant Nook & Crannny was very good. Service and food were great.
