| Very nice hotel. The only thing I thougt it needed was a colder airconditioning. It was cold enough though.

| The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. It seemed like a very safe place. I would stay there again. The pool does need to be cleaned more often.

| We would of liked a microwave and refriderator like one of the other Best Westerns we stayed at. Would of stayed at another hotel if we would of known.

| We enjoyed our stay at the New Branfels Best Western 4/8/05 to 4/11/05. Our room was clean and roomy. We were on the second floor in the middle of the row of rooms. It was very quiet though we were next to the freeway. We did not hear any outside noise. The front desk staff was pleasant and quickly resolved a problem with our number of nights stay. The cleaning staff was helpful and pleasant. My husband became ill while we were there and the maid, cleaning the room across the hall, stopped what she was doing to bring us extra blankets. I would definitely stay at the Best Western on return trips to New Braunfels.

| Right on a major highway and close to wonderful shopping, this hotel and the morning breakfast were good values we'll surely use again.
