| We stayed for vacation (5 of us). Location was great. 15 min. to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Olympic Facilities, great restaraunts, etc. Perfect for my family. They tried to put us in the handicap room (I think because it was an expedia deal) but I told them I wanted a regular and they accomodated. Great Breakfast. Nice get a way for all of us.

| We had an issue with the cleanliness of the room that was resolved immediately. Otherwise the hotel was outstanding. Magnificent room. Outstanding service. Great breakfast. Construction on I-25 required a little extra effort. My new #1 hotel chain.

| The only worry we had upon arrival to the hotel was that it was close to the railroad track, but after staying realized we didn't hear it at all. The room had everything equal to a studio apartment with the small kitchen - very comfortable.

| Everything was great at this property for our multi-night stay EXCEPT there was a particular inattention to keeping the complimentary breakfast area stocked with basics like coffee and keeping the breakfast area neat and well stocked. In the same vein, it was irritating to find no coffee in midafternoon, or conversly, at other times, coffee but no cups. In previous stays, everything has been 100% - this stay was the exception.

| Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were very thin. Woke up with sore back every day I was there. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

| The free hot breakfast provided each day (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, juice, fruit, toast, bagels, pastries) was wonderful. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and always kept clean. Great long-term place to stay with a full kitchen including micro, oven, burners, toaster oven and full refrigerator/freezer with all untensils/dishes provided. I will definitely make this a more frequent place to stay!

| When I first checked into the hotel, I was fairly impressed. The suites are fairly large, and included a full kitchen with pots, pans, glasses etc. After I was there a day or two, i noticed that the floors werent vacuumed, and that the floors were not swept in the bathroom. I then found out that the hotel staff brings you a change of towels and stocks your shampoo, dishsoap, and coffee daily, but thet do not clean the room beyond that until the 7th day of your stay. I was preparing a meal during the second night of my stay, and was bitten by ants in the kitchen. In addition, there was mold in the shower, and worn/frayed carpet at the edge of the kitchen/living room. not a place to stay if you're a clean person.
