| There was a banquet prior and the place was a mess,the room smelled, the sheets were stained (we stripped the sheets and could not get replacements, slept on the blankets we brought), locks on both entry and bathroom doors did not work,no screens in the window so we could not open and the air conditioning was not working properly; just to mention a few details. And,the management on duty "Refused" to change our room! We (Grandma, Mother and three small children) felt very unsafe during our stay.

| My daughter, 5 year old grandson, and I stayed here during a four-day trip to visit my parents recently. The hotel staff was helpful, the continental breakfast was a nice extra, and my grandson enjoyed the pool which was a good temperature. Best of all, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. We will choose this hotel for return visits.

| Newly decorated; conveniently located off the highway; not far from O'Hare Airport; excellent complimentary breakfast; pool and exercise room on lobby floor; staff very friendly and helpful.
