| Location (near Brighton Pier) is all this dump has going for it. The bed was horribly uncomfortable; the room was dank; the bathroom smelled of ... mildew? All in all, I couldn't get out of the hotel fast enough.

| When I got in the cab at the train station the cabbie told me how the hotel had been rebuilt after a fire a few years back. My expectation was to find a somewhat modern hotel. Was disapointed to find dirty carpeting, tattered furniture and an uncomfortable bed. Windows were dirty. On the bright side, the location was great - right across from the Brighton Pier. The bathroom was clean and included a tub.

| The Royal Albion has a great location, but the rest is ordinary. It is expensive for the quality and the rooms aren't particularly comfortable. There is no parking, so if you have a car you need to add on the car parking fee.

| Food OK but beds were terrible. Also parking spaces were at a minimum.
