| I stayed here only one night and even though I had booked a garden room (their most economic option), they gave me a free upgrade to an overwater bungalow. The view from the rooms is amazing and even though they are not air conditioned the constant breeze keeps the room very cool. Service was impeccable until they missed my wake-up call by 20 minutes. It was a good thing I had also set an alarm on my cell phone or I'd have missed my 7:00 am flight. One word of caution: Don't take the airport transfer shuttle. Upon arrival I found the van waiting at the airport and assumed it was complimentary. It turned out, at check-out time, that they charged me 1500CFP (~15$) per head for the 10 minute ride. I landed up paying 30$ for the two of us for a ride that would cost about 10$ by taxi. No big deal, but its things like this that leave a bad taste, in an otherwise perfect stay.
