| I was worried from the previous reviews, but found it easy to find, cheery w/ flowers out front, clean, well maintained - someone was always cleaning rooms, hallways, elevators, dining area, etc, the pool was great for the kids, (hot tub pump did break the last day, but it was OK), the rooms were fine - all we did was sleep/bathe there! - the breakfast was excellent and it was close to all we wanted to see in Philly and Valley Forge. Front desk recepts were extremely helpful in figuring out how to get my rental car back early so I could take the motel shuttle to the airport - very close - & we found shopping/places to eat (other than Ruby Tuesday)probably only a mile or so away.

| Our reservation stated non-smoking, and when I checked in I asked "is it non-smoking?". We arrived late, and the longer the air conditioner ran, the worse the smoke smell became. Several of us have allergies, and the 3 year old has asthma. By morning we were sick (after a sleepless night with the 3 year old coughing). The rooms were tiny, the carpet dirty, the sheets thin as paper...

| Just make sure you dont have a room close to or down the hall from the front desk or their office. The talk really loud very early in the morning, woke me up a couple of times around 5 am. Other than that, they were very friendly, nice to have the pool and exercise room right there. Its not close enough to walk to any resturants or other businesses so make sure you have a car.

| I wasnt overly impressed with the hotel. I have stayed in SleepInns before and have had a better experience. It wasnt the best place in town but it fit the purpose. Beds were ok and the breaksfast was the same.

| This was the second time that we stayed at this same Sleep Inn. It is just off the main strip enough to be very quiet. It is very close to the Catholic Church and the King of Prussia mall! We got a non-smoking room both times and LOVE the pool/hot tub area. However, the lack of a bath tub on both trips with smaller children can prove to be a challenge. We also feel that the breakfast eating area is small and crowded. We will choose this place again especially if the great rates continue!

| Expedia messed up my reservation, the hotel supervisor on duty was very understanding and patient to help me get it resolved and get Expedia to fax over a confirmation. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay there on a monthly basis!
