The hotel is very close to the falls, but the service, and the house keeping service was not good at all. The beds got me pain all over my body. I will not recomend this hotel at all.

Regarding the rest hotels in the town of Niagara this one was OK. I'm hapy that I choosed it cause every other hotel I went into was horrible. I'm talking about service, cleanliness and especially the bathrooms. As a student with small budget this place was the one for me.

The hotel is good...very near to falls.... It could be maintained more cleanly..... Considering the location, looks like the hotel can improve a lot...to attract more tourists.

The hotel was a great bargain. It's central location allowed us to walk to all area attractions, including the falls, Goat Island, the casino and the museum. Most of the staff was pleasant and professional, We will definitely stay there again.

It's an old hotel. Rooms are not bad, the a/c unit was not working properly. The night before the check out they did not provide with room service.

This hotel is old and facilities are the poorest I have ever seen in a hotel. Services is ok. Staff at the front desk are very nice. I booked a room with two beds for four people. I thought they would give me only two tickets for breakfast. But they allow all four of us to enjoy the free treat. The same items I ordered at another hotel cost $7.5. Here they're free. Don't mention it's buffet. If you are on a budget just like me, this is a choice.
