| Overall I was very satified with the hotel. It was right off the freeway and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and all the amentities were available to me.

| Clean room, good hotel, friendly staff, GREAT complimentary breakfast, close to good eateries. Microwave and Refrigerator provided in room. But, there is a road noise from nearby highway as windows are single pane. Close to legoland. Overall good value for money.

| Hotel check in is 3:00 pm. When I arrived at 1:30 pm - they were able to quickly find a room. New carpeting and paint would do wonders in the rooms. It was adequate for the price. Room wasn't too noisy b/c the a/c was running the whole time.

| If you don't like staying in open hotels - this is not the place for you. But I know the area - it's safe so I didn't mind. The only amenity is high speed. Not many channels. It's a place to stay for the night if you are watching your budget and are going to be working all day or touristing all day anyway. The Mexican restaurant next door is pretty good, fwiw and there are tons of shopping centers and restaurants within a 2 minutes drive - same road. Freeways are right next door - so no issue there, either.

| We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and we didn't have any problems with traffic noise like others report in their reviews. It is easy to get to, right off of the freeway. There is a McDonalds right across the street if you like McDonalds.

| Well, you get what you pay for here. It's a cheap hotel in a city that isn't known for much of anything. You'll get a clean room, a clean bed, and free wireless internet access. That's all I was after, so I am satisfied. The hotel is close to everything, including a very busy freeway that could make it difficult for those not accustomed to the noise to get any sleep. There is a pool, but it is tiny and within view of a busy main street and a freeway ramp, so I don't know why anyone would want to use it. The main draw of this hotel is basically the price. For the price, it is good. If all you want is a clean place to sleep in San Marcos and you can stand sleeping next to a busy freeway, then this hotel is great. You'll get a place to sleep, free HBO and wireless internet access, and a central location within walking distance of fast food and within 10 minutes of fine dining. It's right next to one interstate and under 5 minutes from another, so its a good central location from which to go to cities where there is more to do.
