What to expect: This new hotel's convenient location close to Logan Airport and downtown Boston draws a loyal following of business and leisure travelers. The lobby area has a comfortable library with overstuffed chairs and a player piano, and is adjacent to a restaurant and bar.

Amenity highlights: Plenty of fresh towels are on hand at the heated indoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs. A fitness room is equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, stair machine, and weight resistance machine for quick workouts. Guests also have discounted access to a popular gym, located 1 mile away.

Terranova Bar & Grille - Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Terranova serves a daily breakfast and lunch buffet and an à la carte menu of sandwiches, soups, and salads. The dinner menu blends Northern Californian and Italian influences in dishes such as lobster ravioli. In summer, a separate bar area opens onto an outdoor patio with umbrella-topped tables.

The hotel personel were very cordial and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy with all the amentities one would expect. The ride from the airport was somewhat long, but acceptable. A pleasent short stay for us.

We had booked a hotel for the entire week, but because we were unable to catch our flight. We lost our entire reservation. The entire city was booked, but this hotel had space. They changed our reservation in minutes and had a place for us to stay the entire weekend. It is a bit farther away than some of the others, but a completely managable distance.

The hotel has nice amenities. But it's hard to find - the taxi from the airport needed directions from dispatch and took some time finding the place. However the hotel does provided a free shuttle survice to the airport terminus or T station every half hour which was great. Boston subway system then provides cheap and efficient transport. Returning to the hotel you need to make a phone the hotel reception from the airport or T station and wait for the shuttel, which will arrive some 30 minutes later (NB they pickup first from the airport terminal A - the T station is the last pickup stop and the shuttle may be full by then).

Stayed here night before our flight home. The location is confusing if you are driving but a friendly police officer pointed us in the right direction. I wouldn't walk around the area at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Quite comfortable. Hi-Speed internet service was inoperable; however, they removed the dial-up charges from my bill. Nice pool area if you don't mind children.

The staff was not as helpful as a customer would assume. We had a few scary trips on the hotel shuttle and got stranded downtown when the front desk failed to inform us that the trolly company that picked us up would not return us to the hotel. Our impression was that this is a middle class hotel trying to be upper class . . . but it fell short.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel and I got an excellent service at the reception and for transport from and back to the airport. However, I was less happy with the service at the restaurant, particularly a cook in a bad mood at the buffet breakfast.
