| We were a little nervous having read some of the negative reviews but were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely resort with a clean, multi-roomed accommodation with many amenities. The appliances in the kitchen were spotless as well as the tableware. Our adult children were in a smaller bedroom with porch nearby but would join us for a self-made breakfast out on our large porch overlooking the bay. The restaurant had a limited menu but the food was surprisingly good. First thing we did was turn off the air conditioning, open the windows and enjoyed the ocean breezes. Waking at night to listen to the tree frogs and the pounding surf at a distance was especially enjoyable. The staff at the front desk weren't very knowledgeable about things beyond the resort so we had to do some work at finding a day sailing trip. The beaches around the resort are small but pretty. Don't lose your room key like we did. It cost us $90. We would recommend this resort as a good home base.
