| Excellent Place with Excellent Views. Nestled in the hills of Oyster Bay, it was a positively wonderful place. Unfortunately, a hotel is being built just below it in front of the beach. The rooms are huge and the wrap around balcony is absolutely marvelous. The staff is top rate and truly there to assist with your every need. I'll definitely be back!!

| We stayed at the Princess Heights "Hotel" for 6 nights in Sept. 2005. First let's clarify. It is not a hotel, it's an apartment complex with just 15 units. So don't expect a front desk, restaurant and all the things you are used to in a hotel. What we did get was a clean, comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace looking out over the ocean. It had a modern kitchen including full size refrigerator (with complimentary sodas and beer), a beatiful living room with nice artwork, and bedroom with king size bed, 1 1/2 baths and most of all quiet. We were greeted as we drove up, our bags were taken to our apartment, and a lovely represetative came to the apartment to check us in, provide us with our keys, give us a tour of the amenities, and even made some recommendations for dinner. The apartment was cleaned daily, and the linen changed. On our departure the only extra charges were for a couple of phone calls made while we were there (rates calling back to the US $4.00 per minute). We had access to the beach, although a little far to walk so we took the car every day (it's about a minute drive). All in all, a nice place to stay if you're looking for a quiet get-away.

| I stayed in a very pleasant one-bedroom condo complete with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and one and a half baths. Be prepared to walk upstairs though as there is no elevator. Located on the eastern side of the island at Dawn Beach, the sun gently wakes you every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

| When we (16 of us) first arrived at Princess Heights we felt a little isolated, but it turned out to be great! The rooms are wonderful, and make you feel right at home because they are so convenient. Great hotel to aquire peace and relaxation!

| Honeymooned with my beautiful wife... I've stayed at a lot of 4 stars and they don't compare. Princess Heights is nothing less than 5 star. No real reception area or lobby, but it's far more personal as they greet you while you drive in to the parking lot. Area around it is great, Dawn beach is the nicest on the island, and Mr. Busby's restaurant is the best food on the island. I past some of my other choices and was glad I made the right one. Better get down there soon... Princess Heights is selling the rooms off to private buyers.

| We traveled with our two sons, and had a "great stay" at this hotel. The hotel has a great pool, and Dawn Beach is only a short walk away. The views are fantastic, and the hotel is only a short drive to Philipsburg for shopping, and to Grand Case for dining. The exercise room is adequate to burn a few calories. When we return to St. Martin, we will definitely stay at Princess Heights.

| Princess Heights is located hillside which offers a wonderful panoramic view of the turquoise ocean. Each bedroom had a balcony. This was a family vacation. The suite had plenty of space and all of the amenities of home. The suite had so much space that my husband and I had plenty of privacy away from the kids while still being in the suite. The bathrooms and the kitchen both had beautiful marble flooring. Please don't take my word, check it out for yourself! You won't be disappointed.
