| Overall this was a good hotel. The biggest problem was the first room we got which faced the street. The rooms have no AC and therefore we had to keep the windows open. The street traffic was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. On the 2nd night we asked for a room at the back of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and promptly moved us. The 2nd night we slept much better. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

| My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Inn in late July a lot. I'm actually happy I chose that over Aspen, which had a lot of tourists. The staff are young, friendly and helpful, the restaurant is good, bar has a great view, and I enjoyed the pool after our daily hikes. There is no AC but that was not a problem for me because there is a ceiling fan and it was cool at night. But you need to leave the windows open. It's a convenient location for Snowmass, right next to the little mall. You can get around by bus if you don't bring a car, which we did. We had the "ridge view" -- next time I might pay a little more for the mountain view.

| Concierge was FANTASTIC as was all front office staff. I had last minute copies to make for event and they bent over backwards to help me out. Also, breakfast staff makes great waffles! Only con was that room service wasn't available for breakfast and restaurant didn't really serve lunch, only dinner. Otherwise, it was a great place and I would recommend it to fellow travelers.

| Stonebridge was very relaxing and low key during my summer visit, just what I needed. The staff was helpful, the waiters and bartenders are attentitive and friendly. A very good choice for a homebase in Snowmass.

| From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and we were very comfortable. We stayed in a suite and had all the conveniences we needed, with the exception of a microwave oven. The view from our balcony was beautiful and plenty of things to do in the near vicinity. Very good continental breakfast and lots of options for restaurants in the village. If I had to make any kind of negative comment, it would be that the beds were not very comfortable. All in all, we would definitely return for another stay.

| I used Stonebridge Inn twice, in both cases as an over-nite prior to a backpacking trip. In summer, hotel is relatively quiet (if you care, make sure you don't get a room up the hill, with a noisy AC ventilator outside), and generally clean. The price is driven by the location - expect comfort levels you would get elsewhere for 2/3 of the Aspen prices. Note cancellation policies in Aspen are outrageous (and local taxes high). Can not comment on the included breakfast as I always checked out before 7:00 AM, but the on-site restaurant (pricey) had dinner menu and service we liked (as oposed to the food joints at the "Mall", many of which are marginal at best).

| Staff was very friendly! It was very convenient to have the restaurant "the Artisan" in the hotel. The food there was excellent. But the Sauna was not too well maintained. You had to go outside through the garden to reach it. Loved the ski in/ski out location!
