The hotel offers additional function space, including a ballroom and banquet facilities for up to 1,200 guests. Secretarial services are available Monday - Saturday, and guests can use computers in the executive office during business hours. A seasonal outdoor pool and spa tub are on the 4th floor, along with a fitness center, and discount passes are provided to a nearby YMCA with indoor pool, basketball, racquetball, and jogging track. A casual restaurant offers bay views and Coastal Gulf cuisine for all meals, and two bars are on the premises. Self- or valet parking is available in a nearby garage.

| This hotel was great. Every aspect was impressive. We were there 5 nights because my daughter had a dance competition. We loved the convenience. The hotel staff was the best I've seen. There were many things around the hotel for us to do as a family. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in Mobile. GREAT!

| Thermostat in room didn't work, was either hot or cold, reported to front desk but did not fix. Had to pay $9.00 a day to park. Room service was excellent and had a wonderful view of the bay.

| This hotel is in a great location and at one time was probably very nice. At this point she is very old and very tired. The front desk team was very good but hampered by poor technology. The cleaning staff should have done better. Go somewhere else for dinner. The best part about the hotel is the sky bridge to the convention center. Stay there if you must but if you have a choice stay somewhere else.

| The hotel was easily accessible, connected via a covered walkway with the Mobile Convention Center, and staffed with very friendly and responsible employees. Our stay was as pleasant if not more so than at any hotel of comparable price and size.

| This highrise hotel boasts 29 floors of comfort as well as a fine dinning experience on New Years Eve. Many rooms face the river which gives a magnificient view of the spectacular firework display put on by the city of Mobile. Two elevators are glassed and face the outside, a wonderful baby sitter for those old enough to enjoy it. The Riverview is right off I-10 which makes it easily accessible to travelers.
