| Very quiet at night but some maintenance noise in daytime. This was a great find because it's hard to find room for four people (had four single beds) in Europe. It was air conditioned which you don't have in every hotel in Europe. Not a lot of frills but we weren't in the room that much anyway. Bus stop out front of hotel and subway stop a few blocks away.

| Clean rooms, good location to Metro (Principe Pio) and Royal Palace, although you do have to cross a busy road/highway. Not terribly charming, although if you get a good deal you won't be disappointed.

| This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location with exceptional service. Restaurant is good for dinner, but breakfast was a disappointment. Interior maintenance a little slow and refurbishment a distraction. Would definately stay here again.

| The best thing that I can say about this hotel is that it is in an excellent location. Right across from the Palacio Real and within walking distance of many of the attractions in Madrid. However, the rooms were small, we had a horrible view of the back of the building. And there were teenagers running down the halls at night.
