| This is the perfect location. It is about equidistant from the shopping area and the cathedral, torre de oro, etc. Get the most out of your money here.

| Couldn't beat the location of this hotel. The best part of Sevilla for us was the Santa Cruz neighborhood and this hotel was only a few blocks away. Also, it is right in the heart of the shopping district. The rooms need some updating. Our air-con did not work very well, but it was just enough to be comfortable at night. The staff was very friendly and recommended places to watch flamenco.

| Although this hotel was well located and clean, the air conditioning in room 107 didn't work, making for a hot night even in late March. Opening the window onto the interior light shaft wasn't an option due to the tremendous snoring from a room nearby. If they fix the AC, I'd stay there again.

| This hotel proved to be a good value with an accomodating, friendly staff. The room was slightly larger than average, and comfortable. Located just two blocks from the Cathedral (and the Barrio de Santa Cruz), this hotel sits just off the Plaza del Salvador (although there was alot of construction while we were there). It really is in the heart of Sevilla, accessible to all the tourist attractions and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

| Great location and it has parking, which is vital. But our first room was on an air shaft with no windows. Our second room faced the street with lovely windows, but the rooms need updating and remodelling. It was all a little tired, especially for the price, which was steep. Public spaces are very nice and the staff was helpful, especially with parking the car for us.

| Hotel is difficult to find. Cabbie let us off at a similar sounding hotel and we couldn't see the sign until we got right up on it and cabbie was gone. A very nice native WALKED us over to the other hotel (2 miles). First night's accomodations were disgusting. Smell was awful. Combination of mold, mildew and smoke. They couldn't move me. Walls are paper thin, making the couple above me quite loud. Difficult first sleeping night. They were able to move me the second night but air conditioning didn't work in that room. So, stuffy and loud, but at least room was clean. Location is fantastic however.

| This hotel is conveniently located in La Juderia - it is a great starting point for expoloring all that Sevilla has to offer. You can definitely find cheaper accomodations however for the price this was American style comfort and luxury. Fabulous bathroom/shower which is a huge plus in europa.

| The only issues I had were: My "single" room was not available the first night, so I was placed in a "double."I was then moved to my single room for nights 2-4. (A person with a prepaid reservation should not have to accept this.) My "single" room was near the elevator; somewhat noisy. The last morning I received an early wake-up call that I did not order. I could have used the extra sleep. Good value for the price. Very pleasant and helpful staff!
