| The metro is literally at the door step of the hotel which makes it easier to go back and forth. It's about 20 min. walking to Plaza Mayor, etc, but in metro takes only about 7 min.

| THis hotel is clean and comfortable, with good service and registration personnel who speak English. It is located a good 30 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Dining facilities were good.

| We have stayed 4 nights in this hotel , everything was fine and comfortable enough. We liked the enviroment and the place of hotel is excellent just next to the Piramides metro station.(green line ,only 5 stops to Prado de sol). Main problem in Spain is to find a english speakers, almost nobody can speak english unfortunately eventhough it is not so far from English as far as I understood. I definitely recommend to stay there.

| A nice hotel in a nice area with a metro stop twenty feet from the front door. When we visited in late November the hotel was filled with business travelers, no tourists. All the tourists thronged together up by the Prado. Bathroom excellent, bed not bad, plenty of room by European standards, hvac worked very well. We were adjacent to the elevators, and that got a noisy in the morning. Front desk staff spoke English in the morning, not at night, but they were very friendly as were all the locals in this area. Plenty of ATMS, restaurants in the area. Supermarket and excellent bakery a couple blocks north on Av d Acacias. We walked late at night with no worries. Tap water excellent for drinking! "Agua del grifo".
