| The customer service in this hotel was excellent. The only problems I had were with outside noise coming from the hallways and guests yelling from there open windows into the parking lot. Also, the tv reception wasnt very good. I guess they have satellite and most of the channels did not work. The one that did were fuzzy. All in all, not horrible, but not very relaxing either.

| My husband and two sons needed a place to stay while they were working on our condo (destroyed by hurricane Charlie 2 years ago). They drove straight through from Philly and the hotel being near 95 was a big help. Before they started the day, the continental breakfast was very convenient. At the end of the day, they returned to the room to clean up and then head out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance. In the morning before going to the job, Lowe's was a convenient and frequent stop for supplies. As our place is not yet complete, my husband and I will be staying there for a few days in August.

| The night front desk attendant was very rude to my children. He and a friend of his was sitting outside of the hotel on the bench provided by the hotel drinking liquor, while he was on the clock. The phone was ringing but he was too busy entertaining his company. This was not a good experience for me or my children. This will probably the last vacation as a family as my son is graduating from high school this school year. Not a good ending.

| It was the first time I stayed in a Sleep Inn. I was very pleased. I travel quite a bit and one item I prefer that my room did not have was a table and chair. Perhaps some of the other rooms have them, this room did not. The hospitality was pleasurable. The friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated. If I need to spend time in the area again, I will stay at your hotel. Carlos
