| The hotel is in a seedy part of town, there was almost no service (the receptionist called a taxi which never arrived) and frequently no one was at the front desk. The breakfast was very poor, the rooms so small we could barely move and the beds terrible.

| A delightful small hotel in a great location. Central to sites, restaurants and shopping. Near the palace.

| We were conveninent to everything we needed and wanted to see from this hotel's location. The hotel's director, however is not friendly to Americans.

| The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station. We mistakenly took a cab from the train station to the hotel, which cost E10.00. From the station take a right and walk straight for 2 minutes. The street the hotel in on will be on your left. There is 1 expensive Internet terminal in the lobby that you have to stand to use. The front desk staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. There is a smell in the elevator like someone dropped several bottles of perfume at once. The Monte Carlo Casino cost E10 to get in and the slots are all E.50. There were only a handful of tables that were all occupied by seemingly wealthy Europeans. No women were sitting at the tables and no music is played in this casino. Go to Sun Casino for more of a Vegas style casino. There is only 1 restaurant open after 11 pm. It has good food and the people were fashionable. It is near the nightclub called Jimmy's.

| My wife and I are traveling Europe for 6 months and have stayed at hotels all over Europe. Comparitively, this hotel is below average, but the service was really good. The lobby is small, there is wireless Internet however, the room is small and very plain as well. I suppose that most of Monaco is very expensive, but try and stay at another hotel if you visit Monaco or stay in another town altogether and just make a day trip to Monaco. The only reason why I would recommend this hotel is because it is conveniently located and the staff were great. The included breakfast was pretty poor.

| Our stay at the Hotel Ambassador was very comfortable, and the hotel location was within a 10 minute walk of the Harbor, Palace, and Casino. The service was impeccable, and the hotel was a great value overall in high-priced Monaco. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a great view of the harbor and the casino. I will definitely stay again the next time I am in Monte Carlo.
