| Everything was great. The only disappointment was the balcony. You can only stand, there is no room for a chair. This will not stop us from returning because everything else was extremely nice!

| This hotel has a great view of the beach and pier. The staff is very nice, as is the hotel. However, the beds are so rock hard and uncomfortable. My husband likes sleeping on a hard bed, but the beds in this hotel give a whole new meaning to the word hard!!

| your average hotel. patio bar was open to the public which was right off of the beach at the hotel. common people would come to drink and let their kids hang by the pool. therefore the pool was filled with non paying guests that would backfill from the beach. our complaints were never followed up by management.

| The management was great, and the view was excellent as well (right over the pier). The extra money for the view side is worth it. It is a bit musty, and you can tell how old it is on close inspection. For the money, it is a good value however.

| I went to the hotel for 3 nights during April 2005 for relaxation and fun. Positives: Beautiful beach; The hotel is on the beach and provides towels; Half-hour away from built-up Ft. Lauderdale; Safe place to take daily walks Negatives: Daily Fee for parking at the hotel; Outside is renovated--the inside is not; Smell of mold/mildew inside; Breakfast at restraunt was terrible and overpriced; Fee to walk on the pier

| Clean room, safe in the room was a plus. Was pleased that hotel has refrigerators to rent for only $5 a day. Free cocktail is only for the first day-bummer. Great Italian restaurant in hotel. Small but nice places down the street to eat and shop. Pretty quiet at night, no problems. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

| I would be happy to stay at this hotel again. After staying at minimally cheaper hotels within 5 miles (not on the ocean) I would MUCH rather stay at this hotel.
