| We were in Montreal in mid June. The best part of this hotel is the location. It's walking distance to the heart of Montreal and the metro. The staff was friendly. There are some issues with the hotel. The room was a little musty, we had some water leakage from the roof in the bathroom. Since I was out of the room most of the day, I wasn't very bothered with all this. Next time I'm in Montreal, which I will definetly visit again, I will research other hotels in the same location but if I can't find a room, I would not be too upset to stay at this Best Western.

| Nothing wrong with this hotel. Nice clean room and friendly service. The location of this hotel is within walking distance to everything in Montreal, as well as the train station for anything that is not. The hotel itself is not a place to "hang out", there is a bar, but its pricey and not catering to anyone under 65 years of age. Good coffee shop. If your just looking for a clean room, shower, and bed, this place is great.

| Overall the hotel fulfilled all our requirements. However, the coffee shop leaves much to be desired, since it is often filled with students who smoke excessively. That's our only petty grievance.

| OK the lobby picture looks great but it's a wide angle lens, actually the lobby is small and not elegant, but modestly nice. The staff are very friendly, the hotel restaurant (Lebanese quisine) is ok, and the cafe is good for a quick croissant and coffee. the workout facility is a room with a treadmill and a single multi-gym setup so if you want a resort type hotel you can hang out in this is not it. It is however 2 blocks from the undergound city and trains and its clean and safe.

| The room was very clean and nice. The hotel staffs helped us when we needed to know some information about Montreal very kindly. The food at the restaurant in hotel was good but if you just simply want to have a conversation with your friends, the music might annoy you a bit.

| Very pleased w/ rate, location, and overall quality. Two doubles, clean bathroom; not new, but not worn out. Nice lobby; bar drinks over-priced; friendly valet and desk staff. Two or three blocks from St. Cath Street. Have been to Montreal many times and we were happy with this place. Much nicer than hotel right across the street that we stayed in two yrs. earlier for same rate.

| We were in town for a concert, and the hotel was in a great location; a short walk to the Bell Center with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. The room was very small, but that wasn't a problem. It was very comfortable, clean, etc. We loved the cafe downstairs to watch the people go by in the morning. We will definitely be back.
