| The bed and pillows were great. The bathroom needed some upkeep like caulking. I think the hotel suffers from a big hotel kind of mentality. Bring em in, usher em out. The hotel room was comfortable but be prepared for extra costs like breakfast, getting first run movies, a $5 bottle of water in the room, and parking. I would rather have it all included as part of a package. The location is great, near many of Bethesda's restaurants, and near the Metro.

| Located in heart of Bethesda, right at Metro. Can walk to more restaurnats then you can imagine. Bethesda Crabhouse definitly an experience - don't dress up. It's a brown paper tablecloth and paper towel type of place. Also, Houston's was so good we went two times. Valet staff and bellmen were great - very helpful. Only disappointment - no ice bucket or ice maching in sight but we didn't even have time to imquire. Breakfast at City Grill in Hyatt was disappointment. Would return in a heartbeat!!

| The lobby is not visitor-friendly. Only a few places to sit with no view of the front door. The room we stayed in had a line of dust along the baseboard. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong. The parking valets and bellhops were friendly. The location is good, close to nice shops and restuarants and the Metro. The next time we visit Bethesda we will stay in a different hotel in the same area.

| Convenient, clean, with a pool and fitness center on the top floor, this hotel provided for all our needs, including allowing room switches due to a slightly unpleasant scent in one room and setup of an early airport shuttle service.

| This hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It has two restaurants on the premises. The grill was open for three meals a day and breakfast started early (6:00 or 6:30). The other was a steakhouse. There were several good, reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. The subway is about 50 yds. from the front entrance. Central Wash. D. C. is about a 40 minute subway ride away. D. C. subways do not run after midnight and a taxi ride into the city is about $30.

| This multistory building rooms open to the inside with a lobby/bar on the bottom floor. Saturday night we knew the bar closed at 2 a.m. when the noise stopped. Other nights were peaceful.
