| The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Our only issue with this hotel was that service and food in the main dining room was extremely poor. The pub food and service was excellent.

| The only good part about the hotel was that it was very easy to get downtown. Our room was very hot. The air was not working well at all. When we ordered room service they messed eveything up and charged us more than they should have. The outside pool was closed and when we asked why no one knew. On our last night we found a bug in the bathroom and when we checked out and told them they did not care. I think for the money we would never stay again. The staff was not helpful at all.

| Confirming room reservations was complicated with front desk staff. No one seemed to know what was going on and when asked to speak to a manager, we got voicemail twice. We requested a king room and were a little disappointed to get stuck with a double. The size of our double room was very small but the decor was nice. The beds were so small that my husband and I didn't even attempt to sleep in the same one...and we're not large people. We ordered a fresh fruit plate off of the room service menu to find out that they no longer offered it. When asked if they had any dish with fruit on it the person simply said "I don't know" and made no further attempts to help. We settled for the fast food place down the street. All and all the room was decent but they were lacking in customer service. Wouldn't stay in this particular Sheraton again.

| A cut above the run of the mill "business motel" class that has sprung up recently. However it is aging and it shows - in the bathrooms, the aircoditioning which is still old-style window units, and the fairly uncomfortable beds. On the plus side are the courteous staff, indoor/outdoor pools a fairly well-equipped bar, nice lobby and a hotel store.

| Hotel is very close to downtown & therefore very convenient. Beware of the king beds though, as we discovered that our king mattress had been 'short sheeted' (I will presume that they do not use king sheets nor fitted sheets for the king beds). Pillows were indeed very comfortable. Bathroom needed some plumbing work, as the shower head was not attached properly. Housekeeping staff was very friendly, rising above all other hotel staff. All in all, it wasn't bad for the price we paid.

| Property is situated in a good location if you are staying in North Charleston. Well-kept lobby and rooms. Good value except for the fact that on-demand movie system was not working (something we look forward to on vacation!) and room service breakfast had to be sent back (looked like leftovers from the day before). The staff at the hotel was quick to credit us for the bad breakfast but we our experience was dampened by no in-room on-demand movies.

| A very beautiful place to stay in Charleston! Very easy to get to downtown from there! Only thing I would have liked is a free continental breakfast, not one that is $6 a plate! Other than that, great accomedations!
