| The rooms smelled either musty/stale or heavily deodorized, depending on whether they'd just been cleaned or not. The carpets were dirty as well.Upon arriving back to the hotel one afternoon, we were surprised to find 5 people in one of our rooms "cleaning". Two ladies were most likely the maids, but there was also a man, baby and young girl. We felt this was extremely unprofessional, an intrusion on our privacy and not very secure at all. My daughter-in-law and her sister tried to express their concerns with the man at the desk, but he just brushed us off by saying it was faster to clean the rooms that way and that they've been doing it for years. I don't feel like we were being taken very seriously. I won't return to this hotel in the future.
