| The service was courteous, and the room large and comfortable. A self-service laundry facility in the hotel would be greatly appreciated by all guests. There was one snag - we booked non-smoking room and were directed to a smoking room. Next day we switched to a non-smoking room. All considered - a recommended hotel.

| Good value. Staff pleasant and patient. But, having found out how good Vancouver's public transportation is,I would stay at a hotel downtown and drop the car rental: a more central hotel -- even with occasional cab fees -- might be better value.

| I was put in a room, although there were many room available, right below the work out facility. They told me this when I called in the morning stating that it sounded like there was a rain dance happening above me. Their comment was, "Oh ya, whomever built the building, didn't realize that they had put the workout facility "right" above a guest room."

| I picked this hotel based on the comments of former travellers and I reinforce it. I was moving in from out of town and needed to find an apartment, and stayed there. It is well located (one block to Main Street and 5 blocks from the Science World Skytrain station, and u can pick a bus on Main street). Also, breakfast is decent and fresh, the room is VERY clean.

| I was not expecting a lot from this hotel, as the price was low, and is not right downtown. It was clean and our room had both a fridge and microwave. The room was not huge, but we were only there one night. Breakfast was the usual fare, but all included in the price, a pretty good deal!
