| I am usually very happy with Marriot but this hotel is simply okay. The hotel employees are probably the biggest liability to the hotel. The maid demanded to clean the room even though we had the sign up.

| The ONLY thing we did not like was that the buffet breakfast (which was VERY good) was NOT included in the price of the room. We were quite surprised we had to pay extra for this as part of a package (air fare-room-car rental). The location was very quiet (even though fairly close to two intersecting interstates) with soothing green woods close by and centrally located for all the visits to family members we wanted to make as well as downtown Cleveland. The bathroom was a little "dated" and could/should be upgraded, but still acceptable considering the age of the facility.

| Everything was very nice and clean. The only thing was the King bedroom as a little too small for the both of us to move around in. Would probably go with the double next time, just for room size. But all in all was a great hotel, and my husband said it was the best coffee he's ever had in room anywhere!!
