| Very courteous and helpful desk clerks. Spent at least 15 minutes with me offering suggestions for what to see, where to eat, and drawing maps. The night clerk even printed up a short report that I needed for my business meeting. Free internet access was great.

| My husband and I were very pleased with the Marriot Courtyard. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable. Not the hotel for you if you are looking for a 5 star hotel but it suited us just fine. Hotel was in the heart of the Ballantyne area, very conventient to highways. About 20 minutes from Charlotte Airport.
