Located on the grounds of the Dulles Town Center shopping mall, this four-story hotel offers easy access to a wide array of nearby corporate offices and to Dulles International Airport, less than eight miles south. Washington, D.C. is just over 25 miles away. The hotel offers a restaurant (breakfast only), beer and wine for sale at the front desk, and wireless Internet access in the lobby (surcharge, network cards available). An indoor pool, spa tub, and exercise room are on site, and guests can receive discount passes to a nearby athletic club. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from Dulles Airport and several local restaurants, and parking is free.

| bring earplugs if you're staying over from a saturday to sunday, as crowds of children (baseball teams, field trips) assemble in the halls around 7 to head out to dc. otherwise, the room was clean, the shower was hot and full-pressure, the bed was comfy, and the hotel is close to dulles and a plethora of other businesses/restaurants on VA-7. it's about a 30 minute drive from downtown dc when there's no traffic (11pm). desk staff were quite friendly.

| We were traveling around the east coast on our honeymoon and spent nights in a couple of Marriott's Courtyard. They were both well-apportioned, comfortable and well-priced. Hard to go wrong. If anything was poor, the breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired for the price, but am not sure it was the entire fault of the hotel.
