| The hotel was beautiful. You can walk to the Great America theme park. I'll never forget how comfortable the bed was. The pillows/bed/comforter were amazingly soft. The pool & spa was nice. Clean towels handy for guests. There is a room with free access to computers/interet/fax/printers. I wasn't happy with the service at the front desk when we checked in. Apparently, a guest that had just checked in, went to her room and discovered it wasn't the type of room she reserved. This guest came back down to the lobby. My family & I were next in line, tired from the drive there and of course eager to check in. This woman (the other hotel guest) cut in line. I felt it was the lobby clerks job to say "excuse me ma'am, I'll be with you as soon as I help this guest". Instead the lobby clerk allowed the woman to cut right in, while we all waited. Other than that, I am dissapointed that there was no breakfast, continental of course, included with the room. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel.

| The hotel was beautiful, and the people were very friendly and helpful. I was not pleased that they charge an extra 10 a day for internet service in the room, and was disappointed that the pool/hot tub area closed too early. The restaurant was excellent.

| Located across the parking lot from Paramount's Great America we enjoyed relaxing views from our plush window seat. The gorgeous bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. The room service was exceptional providing quick service, very friendly staff and an excellent aray of dining choices. We had our children with us during our stay and they practically lived in the indoor/outdoor heated pool for the entire two days we were there. The workout room was small, however it consisted of up-to-date machines which provided a thorough workout. The restaurant was also brimming with ambiance and wonderful food selections. We will definitely make this hotel our destination every time we visit Santa Clara.

| The hotel is conveniently located, extremely well kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is wonderful shopping (a large mall with many outlets) about eight miles away and a quaint small "village" about three miles away with many choices of places to eat and walk the cobbled streets. The hotel pool is on the small side but is heated and there are plenty of towels available.
