| We had an early mornig flight (6:20 a.m.)and found the hotel met our needs. I would definitely stay there again. Regarding location: it is right at the airport; it is connected to the terminals. You have to walk the equivalent of about 2-3 blocks to get to the terminals. It is through connected and covered walkways with pedestrian belts. You will feel like a rabbit or gopher after a few minutes of this. They (Hilton) will take you by shuttle to your terminal--do this if you have trouble walking (bags, health). My only complaint: I thought the food was expensive downstairs at the hotel so we went over to the airport and ate at a huge cafeteria. This gave us a chance to figure out where we had to go the next morning, plot a direct path, and time it so we could sleep in to 4 a.m. As it turned out the next morning the guy who drives the van was there (at 4:45 a.m.) and he ran us over to our terminal (a 2-3 minute drive, 10-15 minute walk). It was worth a tip (the hotel van is free) to pick up a few minutes. Also people around the airport would take US dollars or Euros so you could transition your money back to good ol' US currency. The front desk people were efficient and helpful.

| Convenient hotel, as it's the only one within walking of the airport. Nice, clean and comfortable. However, the food was mediocre and overpriced, as were the drinks. You really do expect better quality food from this establishment.

| Very nice hotel. More like an American hotel than a European hotel. But the 40 minute one-way complimentary bus ride to downtime Rome is only worth it for a day or two. If you plan to see Rome for more than that, I would recommend staying in a hotel located in downtown Rome instead. We were originally booked for a downtown Rome hotel but they didn't have our reservation when we arrived. So the Hilton Rome Airport was the only one with 7 nights availability on short notice. Be aware of scheduling conflicts with the complimentary bus to Rome. We booked a guided tour to Florence which only had a bus departing downtown Rome at 7:15AM. The Hilton complimentary bus doesn't start until 8AM. The airport train doesn't start until 6:35AM. So our trip to Florence cost an additional 60 euro for a taxi to downtown Rome to get to the tour bus.

| You just can't beat this hotel for a quick overnight stay. We arrived about 2 o'clock, grabbed a cab (they have a free shuttle but it runs only every two hours) into Rome, and had time for dinner, and quite a bit of sightseeing. Easy to get a cab home, or the shuttle. Next morning, it's a piece of cake to walk to the terminal, completely covered. The hotel upgraded us to the executive floor which was very nice.
