| Centrally located; close to major attractions, ferry and train. The hotel rooms are very nice with full kitchens. The rooms are quiet. The rooftop pool offers good views of the city.

| When we checked in they had no record of our reservation although they did have a record for the friends who were traveling with us and for whom we made the reservation! When we did get our rooms four hours later our friends' room was ready to go and nicely cooled while ours was very hot and with a very poor cooling system. We insisted and eventually they did change our room, after first claiming that is was impossible. The room itself was very nice but the cleaning people were not efficient and the front desk staff was also less than impressive in several encounters with them.Overall, a nice hotel in need of more help and training for people working there.
