| The close proximity to HP Pavilion was excellent. We could walk to and from the game easily. The only issue that I have with Hotel De Anza is thier "Raid Our Pantry". On Friday night (non-game night), the pantry had hardly anything in it. On Saturday night, there was a line with all of the Sharks fans waiting to get some snacks. The food ran out in 30 minutes. I just don't think that the hotel is prepared for replenishing the pantry or keeping it well stocked.

| When traveling to San Jose, the De Anza is the nicest to stay for the price. The only problem that I have each and everytime I stay there is the valet parking. Since the hotel is in downtown San Jose, valet parking is the only thing conveniently available however, there's never anyone around waiting to take your ticket or you have to wait for a long while for the car. So keep this is mind when your rushing out the door to a meeting.

| The lobby area is that of a 5 star hotel, thats where it stops. A "TV" remote control not working, the desk lamp bulb burned out and a badly clogged tub that I was standing ankle deep in nasty water (I wasnt the only guest with this drain problem). Cabinet drawers warped!!!!! The minor things were taken care very promptly The comfort of the bed rates with any hotel I have every stayed in. Trying to watch sports with other patrons in the bar was nearly impossible due to poor reception. Dont order the calamari at the bar (bland and extreme amount of batter. The hotel was sadly below expectations. I spend on average 125 nights a year in hotel.

| Very friendly staff. Restuarant in hotel offered a nice variety on their menu. The only thing I did not like was that they asked for a copy of our driver's license of which they said was for "security reasons."

| Chose this hotel as our second night for the U2 concert in San Jose in April. Only a short walking distance from the Pavalion. The room was cheerful, brown shuttered windows with sheer drapes, restful colors. The bathrooms are especially large, done in marble, modern decor; we faced the freeway but were not bothered with noise at all. This hotel is strict about their nonsmoking rooms and a $75 charge will be added if they detect you smoked; beds could be more comfortable but were adequate for a night's stay. Very pleased with this hotel and the staff. Check in and out was very easy and staff were professional. I had no problem having an erroneous charge to my room deducted at check out with no hassles whatsoever. Thank you for a very nice weekend!

| The room was very nice and cozy. Entire hotel is very well done. And the lounge on Sat nights with the swing band is a must see. But get there early cause it is a packed house.
