Maybe I'm being a nitpick but the mirrored closet doors were dirty. THe bathroom light switch was dirty....eeeww! There was a towel rack missing in the bathroom and the holes were just left there. Put a picture or something to cover it up. Also, there is no ice machine for public use in the hotel??? You have to have someone bring it to you?? Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay.

We had a great time! The hotel is a great place to stay. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Room was very clean. We had a standard room with 2 double beds (which was the only drawback). My wife loved the pillows (4 on each bed, feather). Looks like each room had a balcony and a nice view no matter where you stay. A new building is going up next door (south side) but we were on the north and never heard a thing. Only other draw back was the valet, this is the only option and is $18 a day, car was pulled on time most of the time. (Watch for the taxis pulling up, a valet was hit by one one day, the taxi almost hit my open door. Bar is now open till 11pm and is not cheap. Nice pool and hot tubs (yes 2, one with a water fall, very nice) All in all our trip was great and we would stay at this place again for sure!

The hotel was very clean and the view was great. The service was excellent and the people were very helpful. The only thing is it takes about twenty minutes to get to south beach, but the drive is not that bad. Also, they were building a new hotel next to ours so at times it got a little noisy. Overall the hotel was great and i would recommend it to my friends.

As mentioned in earlier reviews, room could use some renovations. We had a studio suite with two full size beds, it was a spacious rooms with great views, but no patio or balcony. Hotel staff were very helpful and probably is the best thing about the hotel. Not a place to go if you are looking for a party atmosphere, more family oriented. Would recommend to anybody for the great value.

My friend and I just came back from a 3 night stay and had an outstanding time. We had a one bedroom suite that was in great condition and very clean. This hotel is very quiet and away from all of the action, but we didn't mind it at all. The front desk staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The beach and pool areas were always clean and not over crowded. I can't wait to go back to Miami and stay at this hotel.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, had everything you needed full kitchen, the bathroom was great with separate shower and bath. The patio had a wonderful view of the city and the ocean. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Beach was great, the pool area was small, but well kept. My only problem was the room needed some renovations, carpet, painting,i.e. and the noise from new construction next door. But overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will go back to this hotel.
