| bad neighborhood. next to a minimart. El Chico mexican restaurant across street which has good margaritas, but lousy food.

| The motel is pretty well maintained but showing it's age. The bathroom needs updating...tub stained, old fixtures, etc. Relatively clean...carpet needed scrubbing. White socks don't stay white walking on the carpet.
