Located in a business district near the junction of I-64 and I-264, this three-story hotel offers townhouse-style accommodations designed for extended-stay travelers. It offers easy access to both Norfolk and Virginia Beach and is approximately a 15-minute drive from the ocean. Amenities include a 24-hour exercise room, seasonal outdoor pool, and guest laundry facilities. A complimentary Continental breakfast is provided each morning, and free passes to a nearby Bally’s Fitness facility are available.

Recreation
An exercise room with a stair stepper, treadmill, and exercise bike is open 24 hours a day. An outdoor pool is available during the warmer months. Guests also receive complimentary privileges to a nearby Bally’s Fitness facility. The Virginia Beach area is a popular spot for all manner of aquatic activities, including boating, Jet Skiing, and deep-sea fishing. Although the hotel is a 15-minute drive from the beach, equipment and excursions can be arranged nearby. At least six golf courses are within five miles. | Marriott's Towne Suites in VA Beach was a very clean, and friendly hotel, located just off of the major interstate highway system. It was accessable, and easy to find. The suites were both, well-eqipped and "homey/cozy", and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend it in the future to both, small families, who like to prepare food in their rooms, and the business traveler or even, individuals travelling for pleasure, who seek only the hotel for a single night along their journey. The Internet hookup was helpful.

| To our surprise, this hotel was very nice and very easy to find once we got into town. The location was great; not far from restaurants, sights and the beach!
