| The type of people running back and forth shouting at each other late at night was the biggest downfall. As for the room, it smelled of smoke and the toilet leaked.

| This hotel was certainly not up to my expectations. There were people of "questionable character" lounging out side of the rooms, drinking beer and generally making people feel uncomfortable. Fortunately we were there for only one night and we did not spend much time in our room. At 6:00 in the morning, someone pounded on our hotel room door trying to locate the person who had parked incorrectly and blocked their car in. This could have easily been prevented if the hotel had taken down info. on cars and their car tags....... This was my first time to use an online source for a cheap hotel room and it will probably be my last. The only good thing about this hotel was the rate was inexpensive and the mattress was suprisingly comfortable.

| I did not care the location. To many sub-contrators stay their. Way to noise, to many parties, hookers and fights.

| Vastly over-priced. I can see why they don't require a two-night stay on football weekends like most other properties. It's the only way they can get customers. A seedy property and location. No water pressure. EXTREMELY NOISY, with no attempt to quiet unruly guests. A bad deal, even at half the price.

| These folks are obviously working hard to keep the hotel up - the service is excellent and the "surface" features (e.g., bedspreads) are new. But the building is old and the cracks are showing. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have a problem with room size - we had a room with one queen and it was fine.

| No hot water first thing in the evening, told by front desk to try again in 45 minutes. Finally got some after struggling with the backwards shower knob. Didn't feel secure, could see light between air conditioning unit and the wall it was mounted in.

| The room was way over priced for what it offered, the room smelled of carpet shampoo and the hotels color scheme was hideous, the room was yellow purple and teal.

| Not impressed with the size of the room at all - very small room. Checked in at 3:00 PM and tried to get hot water around 6:00 PM - after running water for 10 minutes water was NOT even warm. Hotel room is in a very run down condition - night lock on the door was broken. Lots of holes in the walls. When we could get hot water early the next morning - shower head was clogged and the water came out in just a few sprays. Not impressed with this hotel at all. Under new management - suggest waiting until the new owners fix it up.
