| The hotel service was poor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We had to walk outside and across the parking lot to get to the pool--never would I attempt in a MN winter. The door opened to the outside and there was a visible gap beneath it. The breakfast consised of coffee, juice, and pre-packaged donuts, which weren't even good or very fresh. Would not ever stay here again.

| Not a bad place to stay, resonable rates, indoor pool and spa (very tiny). Not far from the airport or the MOA.

| I expected a lot more from a Travlelodge. This place seemed like a random motel on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, not a chain 2 miles from MSP airport. The bed was like a rock and the shower was ridiculously hard - it hurt to stand under the water. It was so bad that we cancelled the night we had booked there at the end of our trip. Expedia gave us a full refund (which was great), but I wouldn't have stayed there again even if they had charged me for it.

| Our hotel was small, but it was very nice and comfortable. The room was very clean and the hotel was very well maintained. We chose a smaller, more reasonable priced hotel, as when you are on vacation you don't spend much time in the room except to shower and sleep anyway...and we didn't see the point in paying more for an extravagant room that we would hardly be in. The employees at this hotel were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

| the good news is +++the room was clean the bad news is ---teeny, tiny bathroom ---an even smaller pool ---peeling wallpaper in need of an update ---the WORST customer service in the Twin Cities (The front desk staff claimed that I didn't have a reservation without checking the computer reservation list, refused to connect an outside call to my room, and told visitors that I was not staying at the hotel and suggested they look for me elsewhere)

| The room was huge. It was an older hotel, but was extremely clean and had no odor. Was easy to find. We stayed on the third floor with no elevator.
